kriyaflo is a product of ThinkNest Technologies LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“ThinkNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the kriyaflo website and publicly available kriyaflo materials.
Customer Use of kriyaflo
Customer use of kriyaflo software and related services is governed by the applicable commercial agreement between the customer and ThinkNest.
Standard commercial terms, data processing terms, and additional security documentation are available upon request.
If these Terms conflict with a separate agreement between ThinkNest and a customer, that agreement controls with respect to the subject matter it covers.
Website and Intellectual Property
kriyaflo and its software, website, documentation, designs, trademarks, and related materials are owned by ThinkNest or its licensors.
You may use this website for legitimate informational and business purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use ThinkNest intellectual property except as authorized.
Demos and Evaluation Materials
These provisions apply to any kriyaflo demonstration, walkthrough, trial, or evaluation materials we provide.
Confidentiality. Demo materials, including product screens, workflows, rule and classification logic, prompts, roadmap statements, and pricing, are ThinkNest's confidential information. You will keep them confidential, use them only to evaluate kriyaflo for your organization, and disclose them only to your employees or advisors who need them for that evaluation and are bound by similar obligations.
No recording or copying. You will not record, screen-capture, photograph, transcribe, or reproduce any part of a demo without our prior written consent.
No competing use. You will not use demo materials to design, develop, specify, train, or improve any product or service that competes with kriyaflo, and you will not share them with anyone who does.
No reverse engineering. You will not reverse engineer, decompile, benchmark, or attempt to derive the structure, prompts, models, or rule logic behind kriyaflo.
Eligibility. Demos are for prospective customers. If you develop or work for a competing product, you may not request or attend a demo without our prior written consent. We may decline or end any demo at our discretion.
Access credentials. Demo access passwords are issued to a named individual for that person's evaluation use only. They are personal and non-transferable. You will not share, forward, publish, or otherwise make an access password available to anyone else, including colleagues, who should request their own.
If you received an access password from someone other than ThinkNest, you are not authorized to use it, and you should not attempt to do so. Accessing demo materials with a password you were not issued is unauthorized access, is a breach of these terms, and may violate applicable law.
You will tell us promptly at contact@thinknestai.com if you believe a password has been shared or disclosed. We may log access, and may suspend or revoke any password at any time, including where we believe it has been shared or is being used by someone other than the person it was issued to.
No license, no commitment. Nothing in a demo grants you any license or right in kriyaflo or its intellectual property. Demo content, including roadmap and feature statements, is for discussion only and is not a commitment.
Feedback. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without obligation or compensation.
Term. These confidentiality obligations last three years from the demo, and indefinitely for anything that qualifies as a trade secret.
Product Information
Product descriptions, features, integrations, pricing, and availability may change as kriyaflo evolves. Website content does not create a contractual commitment or warranty unless expressly incorporated into an agreement with ThinkNest.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its publicly available materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
ThinkNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.
Liability relating to customer use of kriyaflo is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
