Kriyaflo is designed for operational email workflows where security, access control, and auditability matter.
Customer-controlled deployment
Kriyaflo runs within customer-controlled infrastructure. The application, database, and processing components remain within the customer's environment rather than a ThinkNest-operated Kriyaflo runtime.
Outside the email delivery path
Kriyaflo processes messages after they reach the connected mailbox. It does not sit between senders and your email provider, so Kriyaflo or AI processing cannot prevent the underlying email from reaching your mailbox.
Bring your own AI
Customers configure their own credentials for supported AI providers. When AI is enabled, relevant information is sent from the customer's Kriyaflo deployment directly to the configured provider—not through a ThinkNest-operated LLM proxy.
Access and credential protection
Kriyaflo provides role-based and inbox-level access controls and protects sensitive application credentials stored by Kriyaflo using encryption.
Auditability and recovery
Kriyaflo maintains processing and audit information to help teams review AI and operational activity. Mailbox reconciliation and catch-up capabilities help identify and recover processing gaps.
