Kriyaflo is designed to operate within infrastructure controlled by the customer. In a standard deployment, ThinkNest does not host the Kriyaflo application or database and does not receive or have access to email content, AI prompts or responses, or other data contained within the customer's Kriyaflo deployment.

Customers may configure Kriyaflo to communicate directly with third-party services they select, including email providers, AI providers, identity providers, and workflow platforms. These communications originate from the customer's deployment and do not pass through ThinkNest infrastructure.

ThinkNest may process customer personal data if a customer separately provides ThinkNest access in connection with support, implementation, or professional services. Where applicable, such processing may be governed by a Data Processing Addendum.

ThinkNest may collect information you provide directly to us through our website or business interactions, such as your name, business email address, company information, and communications with us.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide demos and services, manage customer relationships, improve our products, protect our business, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Kriyaflo includes application-level security controls such as authentication, role-based access controls, inbox-level permissions, credential protection, and audit capabilities. Infrastructure security is controlled by the environment in which Kriyaflo is deployed.
